JULES KÜHNER
Individualized handstand-coaching for personal self-development of body, mind and growth.
“I see handstands as an empowerment tool, to work on shifting perspective mentally and physically.”
Turning the world upside down has shifted not only my own perspective, but also the way I guide my students. The handstand is my tool to share courage, balance, and lightness.
Everyone can learn to handstand — not only as a physical posture, but as a way of life. Strength, focus, and trust grow when we dare to challenge gravity.
Consistency. Mindfulness. Trust. Quality. With wholehearted support, I accompany you on your journey — individual, personal, and at your own pace.
I am offering 1:1 coachings (online and in person), online group classes, individualized training plans, workshops and retreats. Here you can find an overview of your options.

An intimate insight in my journey and how I chose my life today wholeheartedly.
Hey, I’m Jules—a full time handstand teacher based in Germany and working internationally.
I’ve been a movement junkie for as long as I can remember. I grew up in track and field, with a focus on hurdles, alongside years of functional training and gym work. Movement has always been my language—first through speed and power, later through control, awareness, and exploration.
In 2015, a move to Los Angeles shifted my path. I immersed myself in yoga and acro yoga, began teaching, and eventually spent extended time in India deepening my practice as a yoga teacher. Over the years, my focus evolved naturally—from yoga to acro yoga, and finally into handstands in 2018.
I see handstands as a powerful tool for empowerment—physically and mentally. They invite us to change perspective, build trust in our bodies, and develop strength with awareness. My teaching is intuitive, precise, and deeply individual. I believe everyone can learn to handstand when given the right guidance, structure, and time.
Today, I work full time as a handstand coach, primarily coaching online through 1:1 sessions and individualized training plans. Alongside this, I host my own retreats and teach handstand workshops across Europe, supporting practitioners in building strong, sustainable handstand practices rooted in solid foundations, curiosity, and self-exploration.
